Cancellation & Refund Policy

This Cancellation & Refund Policy (“Policy”) applies to all consulting services provided by Ajara Consulting Group, a sole proprietary online consulting agency based in Kolhapur, Maharashtra, India, offering services globally.
1) Service Nature -
Ajara Consulting Group provides professional, non-tangible consulting services, including:
Advertisement Management, AI-Agent & AI/ML Management, Business Analytics, Business Management, Construction & Project Management, Data Analytics & Data Science, Luxury & Brand Management, Marketing & Meta Ads Management, Operations & Strategic Management, Sales Management, Social Media Management, Sustainability & Waste Water Management.
2) Cancellation Policy -
2.1) Client-Initiated Cancellation -
Clients may request cancellation by sending a written email to

Cancellations are only permitted before -
Project onboarding has started, or
Any work, research, analysis, or preparatory activity has begun.
Once work has commenced, cancellations are not permitted and no refunds will be issued.
2.2) Agency-Initiated Cancellation -
Ajara Consulting Group may cancel a project if -
The client fails to provide required information on time,
The client engages in unethical, fraudulent, or illegal activities,
Unforeseen business or technical circumstances prevent service delivery,
In such cases, a partial refund may be considered for the unused portion of the service.
3) Refund Policy -
3.1) Non-Refundable Services -
Due to the customized, expertise-based nature of consulting services, all payments made to Ajara Consulting Group are final and non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.
3.2) Eligible Refund Scenarios -
A refund may be processed only if -
A duplicate or accidental payment was made,
Ajara Consulting Group is unable to deliver the service due to internal reasons,
A mutual written agreement is reached for exceptional cases.
3.3) Refund Timeline -
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days via the original payment method.
3.4) No Guarantee Clause -
Ajara Consulting Group provides strategic and advisory services; results depend on market, operational, and external factors. No guarantees or assurances are offered regarding outcomes, revenue growth, or performance improvements.
